Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Warmind account and all of the data we hold for it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Warmind and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently removes your account, your profile (display name and username), and all rosters stored on our servers.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@warmind.online from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (including any linked Google, Apple, Facebook, or Discord identity).
- Your profile — display name and username.
- All army rosters synced to our servers.
Note on device data. Rosters you saved on your own device (while signed out) are stored locally on that device. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
