Privacy Policy
Warmind ("Warmind", "we", "us") is an army-list builder and battle companion for Warhammer 40,000. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your account and sync your rosters.
Information we collect
- Account details. When you create an account with email, we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Discord, we receive and store the email address and basic profile name that provider shares with us — nothing more.
- Profile. A display name and username you choose in the app.
- Your content. The army rosters you create. If you are signed in, these are synced to our servers so you can reach them from any device. If you use the app signed out, your rosters stay only on your device.
- Operational data. Standard security and authentication records (for example, sign-in tokens and basic server logs) needed to keep the service working and secure.
What we do not do. Warmind contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To store and sync the rosters you create across your devices.
- To send you essential account emails — verification codes and password resets.
- To keep the service reliable and protect it from abuse.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted processors that handle data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication and stores your account and rosters.
- Resend — delivers our transactional emails (verification and password-reset codes).
- Google, Apple, Facebook, Discord — only if you choose to sign in with one of them; they authenticate you and return your email and basic profile name.
We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete it at any time:
- In the app: open Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your rosters, profile, and login credentials from our servers.
- By email: write to support@warmind.online from your account email address.

Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your rosters and profile is protected by row-level security so that you can only read and write your own data.
Children
Warmind is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or contact us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
