Using Warmind
Warmind is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a hobby aid for Warhammer 40,000. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the app. Please don't misuse it — no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page.
Your content
The army rosters you create are yours. We store and sync them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your lists.
Game data & intellectual property
Warmind is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool. Warhammer 40,000, and all associated names, races, characters, units, rules, and imagery are trademarks and/or copyright of Games Workshop Limited. Warmind is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop. Game rules and points values are provided for convenience; always refer to official Games Workshop publications as the authoritative source.
Availability & changes
Warmind is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features (including data and sync) at any time. We aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
